Neil Spooner I love these sessions... theyre fun, get you outside, meeting great people and different every time. The instructors really do make sure everyone’s fitness levels are catered for and very encouraging.

Adelaide Dacumos The fitness hangout truly is a wonderful aerial home. From the moment you walk in you will feel very welcome and safe which is so important. The rigs are well maintained the studio is always clean and the apparatus always feel secure. Jo and the instructors are all so friendly and supportive. It is clear that Jo has built a wonderful community where everyone feels comfortable and confident. There are plenty of opportunities to build strength and flexibility from a variety of classes to choose from. I HIGHLY recommend this studio to anyone looking to find their aerial family!
