I love the outdoor boot camps… whether sunshine, rain, snow or cloudy weather. The training is varied with different pieces of kit… bars, ropes, tyres, jerry cans and sometimes just body weight. It is a mixture of running and repeat exercises… for all levels. If we partner up, we switch around… no one is ever alone or left out! Everyone is encouraged to be the best version of themselves, and the atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. There is no time for standing around… Lloyd and the team make sure of that! We work hard!
I would recommend these classes to anyone who wants to get fit, maintain results, enhance fitness performance in a fun friendly environment.
