The salon itself—stylish, impeccably clean—gave clear evidence that the clinic and owner take real pride in their work. I was welcomed with a light drink while filling out the paperwork, which immediately helped me settle in. When Charmaine came over, she introduced the process, talked me through what to expect—it felt warm, professional, and reassuring from the start. Though the procedure involves delicate tattooing, it was almost painless—just a little tingling, never uncomfortable. Charmaine regularly applied numbing cream, which really helped. I felt relaxed throughout and fully confident in her skill. What I especially loved: as someone with no previous tattoos, was Charmaine marked up my brows first—with the option to tweak the shape beforehand—so I felt totally in control and safe before anything was done. Yes, the session takes a couple of hours (typical for high‑precision semi‑permanent brows) but it was worth every minute. I could just relax in her careful, artistic hands. Looking at the final outcome… I should’ve done this years ago!
