After much searching on the Internet I kept coming back time & time again to Bianca because of her great reviews. Had my first set done today and Im delighted. Bianca is very warm & welcoming and clearly knows her stuff. And shes quick! Will definitely be a repeat customer, not only for lashes but to have some of the many other treatments she provides. X

1 /5 Ermelisa Tola: I had a very distressing experience with this company, specifically with an employee named Bianca Lim. I paid for a full-body laser hair removal treatment but only received partial treatment, with no clear schedule or guarantees provided. Bianca was more focused on pushing offers and asking me to refer friends than delivering quality service. She even messaged my friend repeatedly for referrals, offering inconsistent discounts. What’s worse, she used my profession against me, falsely claimed I had an agreement with her, and when I asked for a refund for the incomplete service, she only returned £100 of the amount owed. After that, she threatened me over leaving a review and went as far as making false allegations that led to a police call — all because I asked for fairness. The company was informed of the situation and the evidence, yet they chose to stand by their staff without proper investigation. This caused me serious stress and anxiety. I do not recommend this company to anyone. Their lack of professionalism and accountability, and the unethical conduct of their employee, are shocking. I hope no one else has to go through this.

1 /5 Angela VL: Bought a Groupon voucher for full set classic lash extensions. I have been having lash extensions for 5 years and I am also a lash technician for the past 2 years. My appointment was at 14:00. 28/10/21. Got there for 14:00, had to fill in the consent forms. I had finished but the technician still wasnt done with her client. When she finally came out and invited me in to start my lash procedure, I saw my phone and the time was 14:43. She started doing my eyelashes with the door open I specifically asked her for D curl lashes as she was doing my lashes I asked what lash curl she was using and she said C because they are better. I said but I wanted Ds, she insisted C was better. She continued to do my eyelashes but since I was in a lot of distress and pain I kept tightening my eyes. I asked her to use tape instead of the gel pads because she put them on my eye instead of the lower eyelid to hold down the lower lashes. I genuinely thought I was doing something wrong, but now with swollen eyes I can see, the technician was hurting me. So another client came in at 15:25 and she asked me to relax and to come back in a half hour-ish once she was done with that client. I decided not to go back. My lashes were probably less than half done. I looked at the clock and I said that 40 minutes wasnt enough for a full set of classic lashes but she says she only needs a half hour to do lashes, obviously this isnt true. I look at myself in the mirror and the lashes were not full they also were not individuals some of them were volume lashes which is what I didnt want. Now that I had to remove these horrid lashes, I have seen that she applied the lash extension on 2-4 of my own lashes and they werent individuals. They were volume. I wasnt given a spooly, I wasnt given any instructions (though I didnt need them as I do lashes and know how to take care of them) but in the 5 years I have been having lash extensions, i have never experience such bad lash extensions. My eye lids are now swollen and painful. She kept gas-lighting me saying that because I kept squinting my eyes close she couldnt do them. That it wasnt her best job etc. As I said after taking those terrible lashes off, I analyses them and she had put the extensions on 2 or more of my own lashes. Not lash to lash. I would not recommend this lash technician but somehow i get the feeling i wasnt treated as proper due to me having bought a Groupon deal rather than being a full paying client. I have pictures of all of the above. She was friendly but terrible at doing my lashes. I genuinely regret doing my lashes at svelte

5 /5 Anonymous: Ive had multiple sessions and laser hair removal is worth it. I noticed after the first session that hair was growing at a much slower rate and almost hairless after a few more sessions. If youre thinking about being hairless on some parts of you long term, ld recommend. Svelte clinic have done a really good job.
