Marianna Zavedeeva One of the cleanest Pure Gums I’ve visited. Sadly there is limited opening hours, but there are lots of treadmills, weight zone, CrossFit zone, studio. Enough space for demand. 5 starts if compare with other pure gyms in the area.

Roopa Ninja I recently joined F45, and I’m already so impressed! From day one, the atmosphere has been welcoming, motivating, and full of positive energy. The coaches are fantastic—they give clear guidance, help with technique, and make sure everyone feels comfortable. One thing I really love is that you can go at your own pace. It was quite daunting at first as I hadnt tried intense circuit training before and used to do some basic weights training at home. Whether you’re a beginner or more advanced, the workouts are adaptable, and the coaches encourage you to focus on what feels right for your body. Every session is different, challenging, and fun, which makes it easy to stay excited and committed. The app is great as it gives a glimpse of the workouts for each class and you can choose what works best for you and also mix it up for weeks where you feel experimental. The hybrid sessions imo feel a bit more intense than the resistance training so best to balance them out if youre a beginner like me. Highly recommend!

Louise Butler Nitasha is an absolutely brilliant Pilates teacher. Her enthusiasm and knowledge of Pilates is outstanding and I couldnt recommend her enough. Nitasha guides you through every movement and not only pushes you to your limit but teaches you control. I come away from every class feeling incredible.

Oana Gianina A welcoming, safe and supporting community. Clean mats and well looked after. It has a good location, very close to Ealing Broadway tube, bus station and the parking is right next to it. Free parking after 4PM on the streets. The coaching staffs level of technical mastery is apparent in every class. They demonstrate an encyclopedic knowledge of the art. Uses fun, age-appropriate drills.Keeps the kids highly engaged. Teaches concept! Combined decades-long history in the sport, the coaches are making sure that they teach life lessons on and off the mat. Coaches with a proven winning pedigree. History of securing major titles and producing champions. My sonss favourite are Coach Ronaldo and Professor Wali. Big thank you to everyone.

Laura Hadrik Its quite a nice place to go, the soft play area at first looks small, but has 3 levels and it actually varies and has lots of different fun climbing/ sliding options. Their baby gym sessions are really fun as well which takes place once or twice a week. The staff also seem to be very kind and helpful as well, which is a huge point for me.
