Benjamin Childs Laura is a brilliant Pilates instructor and PT. I first met Laura in 2022 when struggling with a knee injury. Laura designed a tailored programme that transformed me. I’m now 7 kg lighter, stronger, and completely injury-free. Her Pilates sessions are fantastic for building strength and flexibility, and have really improved my golf, running and cycling. Laura’s clear instruction and attention to detail ensure you get the most out of every session and they are really enjoyable too. I couldn’t recommend her more highly.

Intrepid Wont find a better academy for miles!! The head coach is a pro so he actually knows what hes talking about. And the house the only 2 black belts teaching in guildford. The people that train there are like a big family. Come give it a try, it will become your second home, like it has for me

Nick I have enjoyed mat, reformer and cadillac classes at Reigate Pilates. The team at Reigate Pilates are very professional and also very caring – they take the time to make sure that you’re OK with the exercises you are doing and only encourage you to do what you can do within the limits of your own body. Classes are fun and friendly with a mix people of age groups from all walks of life. The contribution that Pilates has made to my health is clear and I look forward to carrying on with the exercises at Reigate Pilates for the foreseeable future. The studio is modern, clean and warm and the Pilates equipment is really well cared for. I would not hesitate to recommend Reigate Pilates to anyone.
