4 /5 nishat ali: The reception is amazing! Really good and fast customer service, and really helpful. Everyone is very friendly and always doing their best to help out with anything. The staff are incredibly friendly and professional and make you feel welcomed as soon as you enter! The atmosphere is relaxing and they have a range of nail colours and designs and are always done to perfection! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for high quality nails!

1 /5 Sevgi Yörüsün: I’m very disappointed with my experience and would not recommend this place. I was taken in 20 minutes after my scheduled appointment. I had booked a manicure and pedicure, which should have taken around 45 minutes, but it ended up taking 1.5 hours because only one person did both treatments. Meanwhile, I noticed that some other customers were receiving their mani-pedis from two people at the same time - a clear double standard. The manicure was poorly done - the polish was applied starting too far from the base of the nail, and I had to point out each nail individually to get the uneven waves fixed. She didn’t clean the sides of my big toenails properly and cut the cuticles in a careless, uneven, and superficial way. This was not a professional or satisfying experience. I will not return.
