1 /5 Yaz EA: my experience at this salon fell well below expectations. Despite its convenient location and history, the service did not meet expectations! After a five-hour wait for a color service, the result was unsatisfactory and the equipment appeared outdated. While they may handle basic services adequately, I would not recommend this salon for advanced color work or transformations.

1 /5 sima minooie: My experience at this salon was very disappointing. I spent almost 4 hours having highlights, color, and a haircut, and paid £470 for my short hair. Unfortunately, when everything was finished, I noticed no visible change at all. I was genuinely shocked and very upset, as I had expected to see some results after investing both my time and money. Even now, almost a week later, I still feel disappointed every time I look in the mirror. It feels like I wasted not only a considerable amount of money but also my precious time.

5 /5 Zain Sadulla: 5 stars absolutely amazing service. I booked a wash for my sisters as a surprise. The manager Nadia and her partner looked after my sister and made sure I was comfortable whilst waiting. They done a fabulous job on my sisters hair. Highly recommend.
