5 /5 Rob May: What a gem of a place. Why would you train in a sweaty, smelly gym when you could be outside both rain and shine. Fab, fun, group classes with friendly people and brilliant instructors. Dont be intimidated at all, everything is possible!

5 /5 Sally OSullivan: Ive been training here for a year now and it just keeps getting better - even through lockdown. Seeing the smiley, happy faces of Coach Holly and members who have become good friends through Zoom is as much the highlight of my day as it was before. And despite not having much kit, through clever programming and top coaching weve all got stronger, faster and more agile (weve tested!). Cant wait to get back on that turf to see how thats set us up. Training aside, this place is special. Completely non-intimidating and seems to attract only good people who cheer you on every step of the way. Get involved.
