Sophie Walker Had a brilliant time today at the spa for the thermal spa experience. Lovely facilities and was treated so so well by Tesha, she went above and beyond to make everyone feel comfortable. Will definitely book again.

Lauren Craigen This place is amazing. I went in as a nervous boxing beginner and was made to feel so welcome and not uncomfortable at all. Especially as a woman this was really important to me, a couple of other gyms have been SO macho. 6 months in, I now have a great group of people and feel Ive come on leaps and bounds so I now feel fitter, more confident, and pretty successful at sparring! 10/10 would recommend

Mal Ibu Amazing gym with community vibes. Been a member over 4 years and have always been very happy here. Clean and friendly with plenty of cardio, squat racks and benches. It can get busy at peak times as expected for a gym in London but its easy to avoid by going slightly before or after. Highly recommend

My trainer (John) expertly designed a plan for me to shred about 10kg of fat, not only this, my health and fitness is best it’s ever been.
