Townhouse Nail Salon, Putney - (Near , UK)

1 /5 Anitha Amaral: I visited Townhouse Putney on 4 December at 11am for the first time, as I have recently moved to Putney. Unfortunately, despite choosing this premium-priced salon, the quality was very poor. A few hours after leaving, the nails felt fluffy, as if the product hadn’t been fully cured. Within five days, one nail chipped and the others began lifting. I’ve been getting my nails done for years and have never experienced this. The product that should last many weeks lasted only five days, which is unacceptable, specially when paying premium. Sadly, I wouldn’t recommend.

5 /5 Lexi House: Nikkisha was fantastic! It was such a friendly & relaxing experience, I even got a drink. Most importantly, the nail art was fantastic. She is so clever. I highly recommend.

5 /5 Lucy Tompkins: Makayla always does the most amazing job!! I keep coming back and back. She is so detail oriented and always makes sure I am 100% happy. I have never come away disappointed. Everyone at Townhouse Putney is always so friendly when I go in. I recommend it to anyone I meet!!

1 /5 Kam J: I have been to Townhouse a few times before so I decided to get in for an appointment at 18:35 today which was showing as available on the app. I got there on time planning to book and pay in person but was told they were already shut and could not take me because I had not pre-booked the slot on the app. It was confusing and frustrating, especially since the app showed an open slot just as I got there. I ultimately found another salon down the road which was a third of the price and with very welcoming and accommodating staff. I do not recommend and will not be going there again.

5 /5 elle moore: Natisha was e.x.c.e.l.l.e.n.t. - I rarely ever get my nails done and when I do its always something plain and nutural. I have a wedding this weekend and am wearing a black dress so took a notion of getting dark nails - Natisha really held my hand through the process as this was so out of my comfort zone and they turned out terrific I really love the work she did - such good quality! However the original dark dark brown colour I really had my heart on had been discontinued - silly really as that dark brown is so on trend right now so it really left something to be wanted...and its autumn and this is an autumn colour? It was clear that the brushes for the nail varnish were also not user friendly - also both the screens for booking in didnt work but these negatives are definately a failure of TownHouse head office rather than the staff who remained really calm professional and found a way to make it work! Thank you TownHouse I will be back but email me when dark brown comes back in!
