1 /5 janice pinto: I’ve been coming here for three years, and it’s incredibly disappointing how much this place has gone downhill. When I first started coming, the service was decent and the quality was great. Over time, both have deteriorated significantly.
Most recently, I paid £7 per flower for 3D nail art—only for the flowers to fall off the next day. No refund or even a goodwill gesture was offered. I decided to give them another chance and went back for chrome nails. I showed an inspiration photo that was clearly more on the white side, but Lucy (the main supervisor) made them a noticeably pink shade instead. When I raised it, she insisted it was what I usually get—which isn’t true, especially since I haven’t had chrome nails in ages.
To make matters worse, the staff can be rude and, frankly, come across as a bit racist. I asked to have some flyaway skin removed after my skin was filed into quite aggressively, and was met with attitude. I was told I should’ve booked a manicure if I wanted any cleaning done. That level of rudeness was uncalled for.
Between the rising prices, poor quality, and awful customer service, I can’t recommend this place anymore. Save your time and money
