4 /5 S I: Mixed experience - great first visit, underwhelming second The first time I visited, I was really impressed - lovely manicure (I think by Emma), great colour choices, and an excellent pedicure with a relaxing hot stone massage and massage chair. Unfortunately, my second visit was disappointing. Different staff, and the person who did my nails seemed not focusing and didn’t speak to me at all except for the basics. Her technique was okay, but not as careful - too much scraping and poor shaping, which makes me worry about the health of my nails. She also chat with co workers whole time. I dont mind generally as long as they do a good job, but not this time, the out come was... Overall, I’d say 5 stars the first time, but 3 stars the second - so I’m giving 4 stars for now, hoping it was just an off day.
