Id worked with other trainers and programs that were okay, but were cookie-cutter in approach, and coaches seemed annoyed by my questions or anything that didnt go to plan. But I couldnt ask for a better personal trainer than Katya. She is generous with her time, energy, and encouragement and knows exactly what questions to ask and how to motivate without making me feel dumb or like Im wasting her time. Her enthusiasm for health is genuine and contagious. With her guidance, I have no doubt that Ill be much stronger and healthier in three months than Ive been in the last couple of years.
