She was so professional, made me feel at ease and knew exactly what shape I was after! I was nervous, but didn’t need to be, as she made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. Palak is very skilled, the threading hardly hurt at all. I will be back soon!

5 /5 Serena Vaughan: I landed from an overnight flight to find that my eyebrow place had cancelled my threading appointment, despite having my university graduation the next morning! I was fitted in last minute, along with my mum. Palak did an incredible job - so gentle (I cried way less than usual), but also they were a fantastic shape. They looked brilliant and I was extremely happy with them for my big day. My mum also agreed that it was less painful for her, and Palak was more considerate about how they were shaped. What a warm and friendly lady too! It’s a shame we are so far away! Update: September 2025 Over five years later and I came back to get my eyebrows done for my wedding. It was beyond worth the 90 minute journey - Palak did an incredible job. She takes so much care, the shaping is second to none, and I am so pleased with my brows for the big day!!
