1 /5 H J: Don’t go. Baaad bad filing . Jagged, uneven lengths . Had to do it myself afterwards. Just awful. Got left in the chair for 30 minutes after initial acrylics removal with no communication. Apparently the man doing my nails had physically left the building to find someone who could do the acrylic powder part of the infill process . Steer well clear of this salon.

1 /5 Ella Herbert: Came in , I asked for the time and wait as I was in a bit of rush. The lady told me to sit down so I did. Waited around 10 minutes before my appointment started which is fine, mind you , it’s not busy at this time there’s about 3 other people max in the shop beside me. The guy starts doing my nails and burns me with the drill. Again, that’s fine I understand he’s working quickly. Halfway through my set another customer walks in , he gets up and says he’ll only be a minute. Also fine, until I realise he’s started someone else’s set halfway through mine? Am I crazy for thinking this is rude? When I asked someone how long it’s going to be I wasn’t given a direct answer. I asked if they could just take the nails off as I was in a rush and thought it was poor customer service of them to just leave me halfway through a set to start someone else’s. Another nail tech comes out of the back without saying anything , didn’t even look at me and starts taking them off. He must have burned me about 20 times with the drill and was pulling at my natural nails which now all look absolutely disgusting. I’m so shocked at this service and how they’ve got good reviews. I wanted to cry. I’ve never been so disappointed with a nail service in my life. I won’t ever recommend or return.

3 /5 Sharon Anderson: In my opinion I received a good manicure result, it is neat, I love the colour, the nail shaping, the coverage and the price, £23 for gel nails from a bare start. The technician checked I was happy with the colour on one nail before proceeding and was very careful to apply the polish with a neat edge all the way around the nail plate. Some negatives: communication poor and confusing prior to manicure starting, staff are quite abrupt. The male technician that I had did a good and very quick job but was at times rough, he used his bare nail to press hard into the sides of my nails to remove smudges which was uncomfortable, he used unclean cuticle nippers to tidy some skin on some nail edges and nipped painfully on a couple of occasions. Lastly, at the end I thanked him and agreed that I like the result, I pointed out a cured smudge of colour on my upper first thumb joint near my wrist to be removed. At this point the technician took my hand and the very used rough nail file he had been using on my nails, and those of many customers before me, and filed vigorously and aggressively to remove the gel polish on my skin, before I could decide it was hurting and pull my hand away. I now have three areas of red abrasion on my hand and wrist. I feel this could be a great nail salon if they improved their equipment hygiene and were less aggressive in their handling of their customers. 2 /5 Khushbu: Went for first time and Got a pedicure today but was disappointed. I asked for no color so was expecting a bit more TLC in the nail cleaning or massage procedure as that’s what I get usually in other places. I asked for rounded nails and you can see from pics I didn’t get that and then after he filed each nail for 2 secs I asked for more as it looks rough and he said it’s too short but I ve always gotten a more finished look than this before. The only good thing was the callus removal. The scrubbing was only performed on 1 foot! Massage was basically him applying the cream and then light tapping is all! I like that they have a loyalty card but not sure if I would go back or recommend tbh. For £28 I expected better and been to 3 other nails salons in Crawley where I got a better result. Overall very dissatisfied which is sad as I liked the location.
