1 /5 Maria Azar: Very sad as my nails don’t look even.. I did manicure with BIAB, my manicure is not very clean and picked a really lovely shade but it was not applied properly and it looks very patchy and horrible. The lady who did my nails was very kind but I was very disappointed as it was my only day to get my nails done before my birthday. Even though i mentioned that, so I had high expectations in this place and the reviews. I was even going to book for different treatments but won’t trust after this visit today.

5 /5 Jane Mitchell: My go-to salon to get my gel nails done. Carley always does a great job and gives expert advice on shade and style - the choice of colours is superb. Manicure before gel is applied is always done carefully and efficiently to ensure the nails stay healthy. I always feel well looked after and appreciated as a client.

4 /5 Bethany: Emily was lovely, she gave me time & advice to choose my wedding nails. The French manicure was very neat (even my mum, who isnt a fan of French nails, loved them!). I knocked off a star because we had to move rooms during the treatment because the polish was curing in the hot sunlight coming through the window. This is nothing against the staff at all, but it was a bit of a faff & did add to the treatment time. I definitely think management need to invest in some blinds if the sun has such an impact on treatment. Overall, nice atmosphere, great staff & results, but needs blinds!

Carly, who I always see, does phenomenal waxes and nails and I even tried the new Japanese head spa classic which is a must!!
