Linda Carniel I’m writing to share my appreciation for two incredible staff members, Alana and Abi, at Livingwell. As a member, I’ve had the pleasure of interacting with them on several occasions, and I can’t express enough how outstanding their customer service has been. Both Alana and Abi have consistently gone above and beyond to ensure I have an exceptional experience at Livingwell. Their warmth, professionalism, and genuine willingness to assist have truly made a positive impact on my visits. It’s rare to encounter such dedicated and helpful staff, and I wanted to make sure their efforts didn’t go unnoticed. Words cant fully describe how happy I am with the service they’ve provided, and I just wanted to take a moment to commend them. Livingwell is lucky to have such amazing team members. Thank you for fostering such a wonderful environment, and I look forward to many more visits.

Rhianna Stoddart Archie is a superb personal trainer! He’s incredibly patient and understanding, especially when I’m trying new exercises. His dedication to helping each client be the best version of themselves really shows. What stands out most is how he tailors everything to fit me—my lifestyle, the sports I play, and what I actually need to improve. It’s never just a one-size-fits-all approach; it’s thoughtful, specific, and always focused on getting the best results possible. I honestly couldn’t think of anyone better as a PT. Archie is so committed and passionate, and that comes through in all the effort he puts into helping people grow stronger, healthier, and more confident.

Hami Hami It has been a year training here. My first experience with bjj. Friendly atmosphere a lot of skilled people obviously the professor who still actively competing. People with different abilities and different age groups makes training interesting and motivates you to become better.

Isra Husain Well-equipped, clean gym with decent range of classes, and early morning classes giving clients the option to do these before work. Aaron and Holly’s classes in particular are brilliant - have noticed my strength improve through participating in these.
