Colette Dove I really enjoy the range of classes to choose from here at Chrome Cave where pole classes, heels choreos, flow, silks, workshops, training days and calisthenics are taught in small groups by Bella, Lawrence and Ella. It’s a friendly environment and teaching too is encouraging and friendly. There is a callisthenics studio and a pole studio which has 5 floor to ceiling poles and is bright and pretty. Always good!

What I love most is that it’s not intimidating at all. People of all ages and fitness levels feel comfortable here. It’s a real “come as you are” place where you can just be yourself and enjoy the workout. Highly recommend!
