The Unit Gym - West Drayton - (Near Hillingdon, UK)

Agata I’ve been going to this gym for 4 months now and unfortunately, I have to say the experience is very disappointing. The biggest issue is that the air conditioning never works. No matter how hot it is outside — even during 30°C days — the AC is always off, making it almost impossible to work out comfortably or safely. It’s unacceptable, especially considering the monthly fee of £40. For that price, you expect at least basic conditions like proper ventilation and a functioning air conditioning system. Sadly, the management doesn’t seem to care, and nothing has changed over the past few months. The overall level of service is honestly embarrassing, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for a gym that takes their members’ comfort and health seriously.

Zenab Tawfik It was 5 months ago when my health and fitness journey started and my life changed for the better. My first day at the gym I attended the evening Aerobics class with Felix. It is with great thanks to him that my life changed drastically since in the most positive way. I started taking personal training sessions with him weekly. My lifestyle, my body and mind is so much stronger, healthier and I have since lost 4 dress sizes all whilst toning and conditioning my body. He has mentored me, guided me, supported me and most of all he belived that I could achieve what I have achieved. He possesses a depth of knowledge that simply cannot be quantified and he tailors each and every session based on how I feel that day! He puts his passion into every class and session he does. When you leave his class you feel reborn! When Im at the gym he is always tidying up, he always cleans the apparatus I will use and he always goes above and beyond. Felix is an asset to pure gym and I hope his dedication and contributions are recognised and awarded greatly. I am sure he has positively impacted the lives of many others in Hayes the same way he has mine. I am forever thankful and in debt to him and I highly recommend him as your PT if you want to change your health for the better. THANK YOU FELIX!!!!

Lucy Pambakian We held my daughters 7th birthday party here and it was an absolutely fantastic experience. The party was so well planned with two brilliant and caring instructors. The kids absolutely loved the climbing and games. The space for the food afterwards was brilliant, and so easy as the venue organized pizzas if you request ahead of time. Thank you for the most brilliant time - couldnt recommend it enough!
