Ani Naqvi I came to this salon for the first time 2.5 weeks ago, (17th Dec) and I was greeted with such warmth and friendliness it was truly wonderful. All the staff and the owner made you feel so comfortable, and welcomed immediately. I came in for a BIAB manicure, with a chrome finish for a TV interview I had the next day. My nail tech was Riddhi and she was lovely. It took awhile for us to get the right shade of chrome I was looking for but I was super happy with the results. I waited till now to review as I wanted to see how well this BIAB lasted in comparison to others I have had at other places and I have to say I am seriously impressed. My nails still look great 2.5 weeks later and they havent chipped at all which they were before, I am also not getting split nails which I was before. The pricing here was a tad more than I usually pay but the quality, service and durability of the nails all make it more than worthwhile so dont let that deter you as they are most definitely worth it. This picture was taken today and you can see how good they have lasted in over 2 weeks. To top it all off, I had flown in that morning after a 12 hour flight from Mexico and hadnt eaten anything all day, the owner offered me some delicious home cooked food that Riddhi had made for her, which was amazing, that I also took home with me. AND a sample of a new facial they have! Please go here, the team are lovely and you will have an amazing experience and treatment. I will be back for many things in the future. Sara O. Extremely clean and comfortable treatment room. The wax used is very thin - probably the best Ive had. But most importantly, Amanda is a gem! So efficient, detailed and a joy to chat with with. Finding a business in the middle of Westminster with a true locals feel is quite rare. Look no further!

Event Management Ive been coming to this salon for a couple of years (mostly for Manicures) and have recommended it to many people. I usually enjoy the service and they have a great colour selection. However, my recent mani/pedi visit was very poor. The member of staff was rough with her hands, tight grip throughout and quite dismissive of a concern about a past toe nail injury. Not to mention the water was too hot in the foot basin during the pedicure. This experience was uncomfortable to sit through the appointment. A misunderstanding escalated and maybe a language barrier too! And she even accused me of deliberately splashing her with water with my feet, which was a far stretched reaction to the reality. The pedicure basins are just a basic shallow sink, and there is no foot spa or even a massage chair. I persevered through the pedicure/manicure treatment as am going on a lovely holiday and thankfully the polish end result looked good. As we all know it’s not cheap! However, the overall unpleasant and unkind experience has left a disappointing impression!

Williams Cherise (Cherry) Absolutely amazing service, very precise and the attention to detail to make sure all is right is over 100% I have a low pain tolerance and guys I FELL ASLEEP!!! Yes proper sleep whilst getting my lips neutralised… I was told about every step and asked if I was comfortable, very good service and my lips look great so far!! You will not be disappointed I wish I found her sooner tbh xx

Amy Rodrigues My usual nail place wasn’t available, so I popped into this spot near work instead, and I’m so glad I did! Jay and Ivo were super friendly and welcoming, and my nails turned out exactly how I wanted and came out so pretty and I’m so pleased. Definitely coming back and would definitely recommend!
