Ellen Gee Anna is a great teacher. The classes are really varied and she has helped me improve massively by working on my technique. Definitely recommended!

Lee Midwinter I joined 2 weeks ago and have been very impressed. Its perfect for a lunchtime as the 20 min sessions fit in really well. I prefer it to a normal gym as each session is different so doesnt become repetitive. I feel like I have done a workout when finished! Its a nice friendly atmosphere. No one is judging, it is very supportive. I would definitely recommend it!

P T Great selection of shops and restaurants and coffee shops. The parking is big but usually quite busy.
