Anne Farndell I attend the Boost fit class run by Kelly and it is probably the most enjoyable class that I currently do. Unlike some of my other classes, I never have to talk myself into going to this one as I always look forward to it and it never seems like a chore to attend! Kelly is just an all round lovely person. She is motivational and friendly and offers different options so that all ability levels are catered to. The class has a friendly, inclusive vibe and it is the only class I go to where I dont try and hide at the back! My sense of rhythm leaves a lot to be desired, but somehow that doesnt seem to matter when I do Boost Fit, it is just fun!

Josh Pullinger Amazing coach! Always come out of a session feeling like Ive learned something, and guaranteed to get a great workout at the same time. 10/10 would recommend for anyone looking to get into boxing for the first time, and those who are looking to hone their skills!

Kate L Joining Swimming Nature has been the best decision we’ve made and I wish we’d signed up sooner! My daughter is on a swimming team and needed some 1:1 help with technique. The progress she’s made has been incredible thanks to Thomas! She also loves coming so much, that she says she wants to get back in the pool after the lesson is over.

Anthony Stracey A favourite location of ours for a lovely weekend getaway. Lovely hotel and restaurant next to the spa, superb unwind weekend. Scalp and back massage a favourite. Well equipped gym, pool, steam room, jacuzzi and sauna. Something for everyone. Highly recommend. Well be back soon for another weekend.
