5 /5 Ani Naqvi: I have been getting my hair done here for the last 10 years with Sophie who always does a great organic hair colour, cut and big bouncy blow dry just how I like it. I have been all around the world and no-one does my colour or blow dry as well as Sophie does. I think their prices are very reasonable for what you get as its organic colour with no nasties, as someone who is very health conscious this is great for me. Sophie does get booked up a lot in advance so availability is sometimes an issue but other than that happy with my service here.

1 /5 Serena Sabato Ceraldi: Very unprofessional. I phoned three times and personally visited the place twice before my appointment. I cancelled work, booked a nanny for child care, waited two weeks for them being short staffed, went there 24 hr in advance to do my Color skin test and the day of my appointment the hairdresser was not there. They phoned her/him when I arrived but she just woke up at 10.40 am and could not make it in time for my appointment. Very disappointing. I showed the receptionist my name on their register, but she answered the hairdresser didnt see it. She never apologized. I never got a call back. I spent a lot of money to be able to attend the appointment but they were not bothered to make it up in any way. I would not recommend the place. I went instead to "Ash cut and colour" in Kingston and I would highly recommend this. Excellent experience!! Good luck!!

5 /5 Fantastic4: I live in Surbiton since 2004 and it took me a few good years until I found The Organic Hairdresser. My neighbour who is in her late sixties always has this glossy, nice, blond hair and a very nice haircut. She introduced me to Sophie. Sophie is excellent, she is very professional and she always helped me choose the right colour and style. The staff is wonderful and very respectful. I cannot recommend The Organic Hairdresser enough. A Davis

5 /5 Sara Shamsavari- Matthews: I discovered Sophie when my hairdresser moved abroad. I was so pleasantly surprised and delighted by the treatments, results and wonderful personable service at OH. It’s a relaxed environment particularly great for those who don’t feel at ease in big flashy salons with pushy hairdressers. Sophie actually listens and has an amazing eye for colour.

5 /5 Andy Johnson: I have been getting my hair done here for about 2 years and I am so happy to have found a place that uses non-toxic hair products. Traditional hair dyes burnt my scalp and I have no issues with the products they use. Sophie is lovely as well.
