2 /5 Alicia Essex: I’m not very happy with the very messy job done on my nails. Firstly, while “prepping” my nails, he stopped paying attention and ground down into my nail, hurting/burning me. Ok, you can forgive a lapse in concentration, once. But then he was so messy, no care at all in the dipping process. Loads of excess all over my fingers - under the nails, sides of the nails etc. When I kindly asked they remove the excess, the chap used his own fingernail to scrape away some of the excess, cutting me. With his own nail! Ended up cutting me between my nail and skin. He then told me to go home and have a shower to remove the excess product myself!! How rude!!! I’d had my hair done across the street earlier today. I was trying to treat myself to hair and nails before going out for dinner. What a let down. I am definitely not coming back after coming here for some time as well as having brought my adult daughters with me for mani/pedis.
