5 /5 Safaa Al Hindi: Where do I start! I can’t recommend The Nail Group in Tottenham enough! From the moment you walk in, you’re welcomed with warm smiles and a clean, relaxing atmosphere. The team is not only incredibly skilled but also genuinely friendly and attentive, making you feel like a valued client rather than just another appointment. Their attention to detail is second to none – whether its a classic manicure, intricate nail art, or a full set of extensions, the results are consistently flawless. The staff take time to understand exactly what you want and offer helpful suggestions without being pushy. Anita does my eyebrows and honestly I love how she does them its always perfect as if shes doing her own with so much care and doesnt rush. Leah and Anita are amazing at helping me pick a color when Im unsure and they are always very sweet. Finally Sam is amazing she never fails to make my nails look stunning. Susan energy as well as the rest of the team are so jolly I never want to leave! Hygiene standards are clearly a top priority, and the whole salon feels modern, fresh, and well-organized. Booking is easy and theyre always accommodating, even when things get busy. What really stands out is the consistent level of service – every visit feels special. You leave not just with beautiful nails, but also feeling pampered and relaxed. If you’re in the Tottenham area (or even if you’re not – it’s worth the trip!), The Nail Group should be your go-to spot for nails and top-tier customer service. 5 /5 Frankie de Távora: I give 10 stars! It is always an absolute pleasure to visit TNG! The customer service is always first class, the booked treatments start always on time, there’s no rush, no waiting. The quality of the products is great and my gel polish looks shiny for weeks after I get them done. If it wasn’t for the nails growing I reckon I could keep the same polish for like 3 months. It really is the friendly and professional service that makes the different and makes me come back every time. I’m going through menopause and I arrived feeling quite flustered to my latest appointment. Susan then brought me a table fan to relieve me. It helped so much. I will be coming back every time and will recommend TNGs services to anyone I know that has a good sense to choose the best.

1 /5 XZSummer: Not the best. I decided to come here since it had good reviews (no clue how) and because my other place had cut my cuticles a little too messy. However, this place was even worse!! They took 2 hours and it was honestly torture sitting in that chair - for a place having won an award, a set of acrylic nails should NOT take two hours. It’s good if you’re a regular and going for a little chit-chat, but not if you’re looking for something speedy and high quality. Despite having spent 2 hours, my nails were terrible. The stickers they applied weren’t applied correctly and were peeling, and I was left with little bumps on my nails as they had already applied top coat on top and cured it. A lot of the acrylic also got onto my skin which was very irritating, and my cuticles weren’t done very well - I was left with cuts on two of my fingers and they were overall just very messy. The people there are sweet, and it’s a nice environment if you’re a regular. However, I will not be coming back here again. Takes too long and way too overpriced for what I received.
