5 /5 itsamiiix: I cannot recommend Lotus Clinic highly enough they are truly amazing. From the moment I walked in, I felt incredibly comfortable. The entire front desk team is helpful, but Maria in particular made an outstanding first impression. She immediately put me at ease and was extremely helpful in scheduling my initial visit with Dr. Frankl, who is now my primary dentist. The service is absolutely amazing, very quick, and easy. I was impressed by how fast things moved; within just a week, I had appointments with the hygienist and was set up with a new night retainer. Dr. Frankl and the whole team provide service that is seamless, professional, and comforting. Thank you, Lotus Clinic, for the amazing experience!

1 /5 Lucinda: Laser Hair Removal – Very Disappointed with Results I want to begin by saying that my therapist, Mandi, was absolutely lovely. She made me feel at ease and was always professional and kind – I would give her 5 stars. However, I am extremely disappointed with the results of the laser hair removal treatment itself. I was told during my first appointment that I could expect at least an 80% reduction in hair after completing the first course of six sessions. Sadly, this has not been the case. After completing all six, I saw very little improvement – maybe a 20% reduction at best – so I decided to book an additional four sessions, hoping for better results. I have now completed a total of 12 sessions and am still seeing minimal improvement. I’ve followed all the guidelines, including avoiding sun exposure for a full year, and have spent nearly £1,000 in total. I recently went on holiday and still had to shave every three days, which defeats the purpose of getting laser treatment. The clinic uses a device called LEO for the laser treatment, but in my experience, it has not been effective at all. I feel misled and frustrated – I invested a lot of time and money, expecting real results that were promised to me. Overall, while the staff were friendly, the treatment simply did not deliver, and I would not recommend this clinic or the equipment they use for laser hair removal. This has been a very upsetting and disappointing experience

5 /5 Rachel Light: I can’t thank Dr. Michael enough for the incredible transformation he’s given me. He was patient, gentle, and truly made sure I was 100% satisfied every step of the way. From the fillings to the bonding work, it felt like he wasn’t just fixing my teeth—he was creating a new smile. The results are amazing! I get so many compliments now, and some people don’t even recognize me at first. It’s been life-changing, and I’m so grateful to have found such a skilled and caring dentist. Rachel
