1 /5 AA: I’ve been coming here to get my nails done for the past few months and was initially very happy with the service. Unfortunately, the quality has noticeably declined lately. Over the past three visits, my powder and shellac nails have started peeling or coming off within just one to two weeks — something that never used to happen before. It didn’t seem to matter which technician did them, the results were consistently poor. It makes me wonder if they’ve started using lower-quality or cheaper products.
Service has also gone downhill. Whether you book an appointment or not, you end up waiting — often over 20 minutes, even with a booking. And if you don’t book, they simply say they don’t have time for you.
On my last visit, while I was getting my nails removed due to them peeling off again, another older lady came in with the same issue and asked for a refund. Sadly, the staff were speaking about her in their own language, clearly unprofessionally, instead of handling the situation with empathy and respect.
It’s disappointing to see how much the experience has changed. Rather than acknowledging the issue or offering refunds for poor service, they brush it off or act rudely. Unfortunately, they prioritise quantity over quality. I won’t be returning — it’s just not worth the money or time anymore.
