Malcolm Geary Noel really brings the holistic approach to therapy with his huge breadth of knowledge. He did a wonderful job on a very old shoulder injury which had crept back over time and really helped with the discomfort. Very highly recommended!

Karen Morrisette I was visiting from the U.S. and missing my swim time. I was very grateful for the day pass to enjoy the pool. I desperately needed to fill the hours between the site sighting excursions planned by my host family. The staff was kind and accommodating and locker/shower facilities were satisfactory. The hot tub wasn’t working one day and not hot the other, but the steam room was just what I needed to unwind. Although I was far from home, I felt perfectly comfortable.

Jon Niesyto Cannot speak highly enough of Southern Tribes. Started my eldest daughter nearly three years ago, then I joined and finally my youngest daughter - we all love it. Great atmosphere to learn Jujitsu in a fun, friendly and effective way! They will support you towards your goals whether it be fitness, self defence, self confidence or even competing!
