What I didn’t like was the small lockers and the layout at the entrance. When you walk in, there’s gym equipment right in the way and people exercising very close to the door. It felt a bit uncomfortable and intimidating as all eyes are on you when you walk in. I think the entrance area should be more open and equipment free to make it more welcoming. First impression is very important!
Sandesh DSouza Daughter loves it. The instructors are dedicated and will encourage and push your child as much as the child shows potential. Friendly staff, great place to be for kids, as they make friends, develop skills, enjoy the fun and get a lot of physical exercise!

Nik Keegan Exceptional club where the trainers actually look after the boxers. The team is run under coach (Andy Gill) who is very talented and turns out the fittest and some of the best drilled fighters in the country.
Whatever club you are at either amatuer or pro, if you think you have promise, you need to speak to Evolve,
Andy Cooper I see these old negative feedbacks are all when the previous owners had the gym! I joined when they were in control and when I heard there were going to be new owners I was worried, BUT its been amazing. By far my favourite gym ever!
Equipment is all very modern and well maintained plus theres always cleaning material around to wipe down your machine after use. Big variety of machines and a big variety too. Plus workout studios for the shy ones and they do alot of classes too. The facilities for showers, toilets and lockers are top notch and always clean.
Best of all the staff are super helpful and cheery, always smiling and on hand to help out. Jake really knows his stuff. Even better theyre now open 24/7 so even better.
