Mary I had an amazing experience at my session. Natalie was great at explaining everything and went at a pace suitable for me. The space is nice and big with some teas and snacks available. Hi Highly recommend this place! I’ve already booked in my next session and can’t wait!

X X A terrible place, getting worse with each visit. In my opinion, the management are incompetent. They take money from ABC and their members and dont spend it properly. This place is DISGUSTING. Its riddled with mould, damp, mud, hair, and sometimes excrements in the showers, locker rooms, and other areas both gym and pool side. The smell is unbearable. They dont have a dedicated cleaning team, just a group of mostly arrogant teenagers and an army of administrators and directors who do nothing. They probably feel completely untouchable because they are obligated to get rid of the mould under the Awaab Act, but they dont. I will definitely file a complaint with ABC because this is an unacceptable waste of public money.

Koneuk MP098 This Karate club far exceeds all expectations. Its a very welcoming family with strong traditional Karate roots. All 3 of my kids are now part of this club an absolutely love it! Kids/adults can learn so much here, from all traditional striking/guards/katas etc to tuning in on your spirit, endurance and working as a team. Without a doubt my kids are learning solid life skills and getting true confidence, resiliance and respect from the benefits this club has to offer.i cannot recommend this club enough!

Norman Jonas JANET. SMALL MOVEMENTS ARE MEANINGFUL Learning to feel my body and understand more about its anatomy has helped me to improve my movement in the activities I enjoy, such as cycling, walking, and gardening. I realise that seemingly small movements can in fact impact my whole posture, and that I can do a lot to help myself by using some of the Franklin “tools”, such as imagery, and self touch plus some easy anatomy know how.

Chris Ripley Visiting Brighton and Hove on business for a few days and Snap very kindly gave me a free pass to try out the gym! Great vibe to the place, I got that people actual turn up there to work out rather than take selfies and hang out which is far too common in today’s gym. Great staff and would definitely recommend!
