Ellyn Wright Absolutely Love this gym ! After trying out a few, this is the one gym where i feel confident to be in. Everything is very clean and looked after. The team are super friendly and have no problem with helping out. Me and my friend have started doing the buddy workshop and the staff involved have made it very comfortable and always go above and beyond to make sure that we are getting what we want out of it.

Hetty Green This is a very special gym. Different from any other I’ve been to. Truly supportive and enabling. I started out pretty terrified at the start of the 28 Day Challenge confident I wouldn’t be able to do much or keep at it. Brilliant highly skilled instructors encouraged me, made adjustments so I could achieve things I didn’t think I could do. Never thought I’d say I love the gym but I honestly do and look forward to it. In a few weeks my strength and balance have improved and importantly my confidence. Thank you Team xxx

Sarnies B. This is a great and central gym that feels like a community. Ben and Cat are very welcoming and you can feel that they have a vast knowledge of how to coach. Cat and I had a quick discussion before the session what I would like to achieve with the workout and we went through great exercises and she provided a tailored plan for me how I can increase my strength over the next couple of months. Lisa Beank Best boxing gym in Ashford! The coaches are amazing and really put their time and effort into teaching the children. Such a friendly atmosphere and very welcoming. My son has done so well here and absolutely loves it. The gym has 2 rings and is so well equipped. Thank you Double J Boxing!
