His attention to detail during each session, the variety in his programming, and his diligence are second to none. I learned an incredible amount while training with Hudson, and I still apply what he taught me to my workouts today. If you’re looking for a PT who delivers real results, I highly recommend Hudson.

The added bonus is that Hudson, who is adored by many who frequent to this gym, bases his personal training operations there. He is a meticulous and thorough professional who deeply cares for your nuanced situation; he takes time and consideration for the situation or plight that may lead you to his services and always goes the extra mile to ensure you feel safe, supported and confident with the progress you are making. I highly recommend and its always a pleasure speaking with him, because he will often provide comprehensive advice even outside of formal sessions.
