Michelle Le Blanc I have recently joined after coming from another gym. I find the price very welcoming, I love that the gym is open 24/7 as I usually go at 5:45 in the morning before work. There is also a staff member who greeted me so beautifully and helped me with a few questions. Her name is Monice. She has also given me some information that I never knew that will give me the most out of my gym experience here. The only negative for me is that I love Spin classes and wish there was a spare space or room to have that kind of class but apart from that, I’m enjoying my experience here.

Nyama Sethi-Walsh My second time at a spire health clinic (but first time at this building) I visited for physio, the clinic is modern and has great gym facilities to run tests and exercise in, the physio is very professional and well informed , her diagnosis seems correct because the exercises she instructed me to do are alleviating the pain and are getting me in a good shape to be fully fit again for triathlons in a timely manner. Would recommend!
