From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with welcoming smiles and was impressed by the professionalism of the staff. I had my first facial here, and I left feeling incredibly satisfied. The staff are not only friendly but also informative. Throughout my treatment, the therapist made sure to explain each step, which I really appreciated. I also brought in some of my own skincare products, and they gave me helpful advice on those, along with recommendations for products that would better suit my skin. Becky Palmer I had my hair done here a few times now and every time its been flawless. The first time was for a colour correction on a dodgy full brunette to blonde home bleach which they fixed perfectly bleaching everything to match and filling in the patches. Everyone was so friendly and lovely there I came back a few month later to sort my roots after it had grown out. Wishing to have more of a fade from the brown to blonde before my graduation and they aced it. They layered in this nano foil technique which created such a beautiful and natural transition. If youre wanting any colour jobs I HIGHLY recommended going here. All the hairdressers were so easy to talk to and made the experience super fun
