From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with welcoming smiles and was impressed by the professionalism of the staff. I had my first facial here, and I left feeling incredibly satisfied. The staff are not only friendly but also informative. Throughout my treatment, the therapist made sure to explain each step, which I really appreciated. I also brought in some of my own skincare products, and they gave me helpful advice on those, along with recommendations for products that would better suit my skin. Overall, my face feels amazing, and I’m definitely going back. Highly recommend! Jennifer

My first time here so I sent a direct message on instagram to ask what they recommend and they asked for some photos and they advised Deep cleanse. I booked through their website, very easy to use. Lots of timing and date options. So many treatment options too so it’s a one-stop for all your beauty needs. The location was easy to get to and a lovely park with benches opposite if you come early like me. Thank you to Miah who welcomed me, talked me through everything. I got a cute hair bonnet and the treatment table was heated! I got the Deep Cleanse facial and got a bonus Dermaplaning! It came with steam and extractions. I am so happy. My face is brighter, less hyperpigmentation, clean, smooth, glowing. I have a sensitive skin so I am so happy there is no irritation. I am very excited to book my next treatment with them. Nat took the time to explain everything beforehand, including LED, extraction, steam and more, which really put me at ease. 5 /5 Krystal Da Silva: From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the owner who was bubbly. I’d been feeling a little anxious beforehand (despite having followed them on Instagram since 2018), but when I explained my concerns to Miah (who did my facial), she listened without any judgement and immediately made me feel at ease by explaining what would be best suited for my skin and walked me through the process so I knew exactly what to expect. Miah worked through a double cleanse, dermaplaning, steam, vacuum, extractions, and an LED mask — basically, a glow-up. She talked me through everything step by step, which was super helpful, but also gave me the space to fully relax and switch off, which I appreciated. Somehow, she managed to be both informative and calming whilst delivering a service with care & gentle hands — honestly, I think she might secretly be a magician. I left feeling refreshed, comfortable, and really happy with the whole experience. Definitely recommend to anyone looking to treat themselves (and their skin)!

Natalie was so friendly, warm and kind and made me feel at home from the minute I walked in. She listened to my skin concerns and was so informative about the facial that would best benefit my skin and talked me through the products she used throughout. The owner was also such a lovely lady. The salon itself is beautiful, clean and modern. Love the interior. Definitely going to treat myself once a month. Beautiful team of people- Thank you girls!! x x
