Christine Hinze Its Magic! I cant recommend Janine and Pilates Magic highly enough. Last year I suffered extremely painful muscle spasms in my back, but was lucky enough to find Pilates Magic. The transformation has been miraculous so I owe Janine a big THANK YOU. Shes relaxed but very knowledgable, and the sessions are fun.

K m The class sizes are small, which means you get plenty of personalized assistance. The instructors are incredibly experienced and focus on making sure you’re doing everything correctly. l always recommend FORM to my friends. The classes are tough but so effective—whether you’re a beginner or more advanced, you’ll feel pushed in all the right ways.

My strength, balance and (slightly less) flexibility have improved hugely. But I can add to that what a pleasure it is to go to MeTime - I genuinely look forward to each session. Perry Stanford Andrews personal training is just spot-on. Hes super knowledgeable and friendly, making workouts enjoyable - in a hard way! He tailors sessions perfectly for older bodies, but Im sure hes great with all ages. He pushes you just the right amount. Plus, hes super flexible with scheduling. Highly recommend!
