From the moment I walked in, the reception staff were very accommodating, welcoming me warmly and making the check-in smooth and stress-free. My consultation was with Dr Mattia — who was extremely professional, thorough, and patient in explaining the different procedures and what would work best for my needs. I appreciated the honest and fair recommendations rather than any pressure to choose unnecessary treatments. The treatment itself was smooth and painless, and I genuinely felt comfortable and in safe hands throughout — which is so important for a first visit. Overall, a really positive experience, and I’m looking forward to maintaining my treatments here. Highly recommend to anyone considering aesthetic or laser treatments!

5 /5 Kimberley Ward: My treatments at therapie (Richmond branch) are always excellent. My therapist Aisha is always so warm, kind, friendly & welcoming. Every session she discusses my hair growth and how I feel things are going. This way she can adapt my treatment if necessary/change settings on the laser and so on. She always delivers my treatment quickly and efficiently, checking in along the way to ensure I’m not in any discomfort, which I appreciate. I’m very happy with my experience at therapie Richmond and Aisha in particular is excellent. I have seen a huge reduction in my hair growth and would definitely recommend.

5 /5 ᴅᴀʀɪᴀ ɢʟᴇʙᴏᴠᴀ: I had a great experience at Therapie Clinic in Richmond for laser hair removal. The clinic is in a really convenient location and the whole team is friendly and welcoming, which immediately made me feel comfortable. There was no queue at all at Saturday 11am, and I was seen straight away when I arrived - even though I came 10 minutes earlier than my appointment time. This was such a nice change compared to another branch in the same network, where I’ve waited up to 40 minutes past my scheduled time. A special thank you to Jurate - she is incredibly careful, professional, and genuinely attentive. I really appreciated how thorough she was throughout the session. I’ve had laser at another branch before and the treatment there felt rushed and less precise (with noticeable missed areas), so the difference here was clear. Overall, I’m very happy with my visit and I’ll definitely be coming back to the Richmond clinic from now on.

She did my underarms and bikini and made me feel completely comfortable the entire time. She was professional, gentle, and explained everything as she went along, which really helped me relax. The treatment itself was quick and painless, and she checked in with me throughout to make sure I was okay.Honestly one of the best experiences I’ve had with laser I felt really well looked after and would definitely book with her again. Highly recommend!
