Perlotta D. I am very happy I found this place to do my nails. Ever since I moved to london I haven’t been satisfied with the people doing my nails and I’ve tried several nail techs. I used to go to Chinese people who tend to be rude but I thought they were the only ones who know how to do it properly but Diamond changed my mind she ist amazing! She is so kind and makes sure her customers are satisfied with the result and she puts in so much effort. I am glad I found a nail tech I can always come to with the knowledge the nails are going to look extra fly! Also happy I can support an independent business especially with that amazing service I’m really picky and critical but honestly coming here is a great choice.

The salon is clean, the products used are of a high quality, but the friendliness of everyone who works there is what makes this place as successful as it is. I’d like to give a special mention for Elisha, who is the kindest, most fantastic, and extra-mile-going aesthetician. Anyone who has a treatment with her is very lucky.

Lily Milner I have had only good experiences at Flow and I’ve tried most of the treatments, including hair cut/ colour, mani/pedi, massages and facials. Investing in the subscription model has been worth every penny and has actually saved me money per month on beauty treatments if I was to pay as I go. The services are completed to an exceptional standard and the staff have been really friendly. On top of that, Irfan the owner has always been really flexible with me if I’ve had to shift appointments around. So happy and lucky I stumbled across Flow. Thanks!

Naomi Cotton Really loved my experience with this salon. I was able to book a same day appointment without any prior payment details via treatwell. I turned up and was promptly and professionally treated on arrival, taken through to my appointment early. Ruba - my waxing therapist was amazing, I felt incredibly comfortable and well looked after in her care. She was professional and just an absolute pleasure to talk to through-out the appointment.
