5 /5 Naomi Cotton: Really loved my experience with this salon. I was able to book a same day appointment without any prior payment details via treatwell. I turned up and was promptly and professionally treated on arrival, taken through to my appointment early. Ruba - my waxing therapist was amazing, I felt incredibly comfortable and well looked after in her care. She was professional and just an absolute pleasure to talk to through-out the appointment. I am so happy with the outcome too! Thanks guys, I will be back x

Ill call on the number you shared and give the salon a second chance by taking up the offer of a complimentary treatment. I can take this review down if Im happy with the treatment. Ive been here several times and while all but one of the wax treatments I had were fine, their administration is god awful. They keep having to cancel treatments SAME DAY because of therapist cancellation... This happened to me TWICE in one week and Ill be going elsewhere from now on. I already know that their prices are higher than average and I had been going for the convenience, as its in walking distance for me - but now, Ill be going elsewhere.
