5 /5 Georgia-May Collings: Sonic bowl massage I have been to Taras sound baths before and loved her energy and all she stands for, so when I found out she was offering sonic bowl massages I was really intrigued to try one. I was blown away by this treatment and particularly liked how multi-sensory it is with the sound element of the bowls, the touch element of the vibrations all over your body and the massage bed, as well as a scent element too as Tara lit some incense beforehand to create a calming atmosphere. I found the bowls to have a warming sensation on my body, and instantly switched off and relaxed. I particularly enjoyed the vibrations across my hands and feet. Afterwards I felt brand new and calm. I would recommend this treatment to anyone wanting to unwind and give both their mind and body some TLC. Tara as a person is so dedicated to her craft and has so much attention to detail with all her treatments. Couldnt recommend more!

5 /5 Sonya Woodside: I went to see Tara again today for a full body massage, just as before Tara left me feeling very relaxed, rested and refreshed. After the massage Tara offered me a sonic bowl massage as a trial. Tara has not long completed a course in this and was eager to see what I thought of it. Well I can honestly say it is the best and most intense procedure I have had performed on my body. I have been to many of Taras sound baths and even a chakra cleansing, but this goes to another level and enabled my mind to completely switch off and only concentrate on the vibrations from the bowls. My whole body resonated even through my bones and left me feeling even more relaxed than the full body massage. It is so difficult to explain the feelings and spiritual emotions. But I can absolutely recommend that you give it a go to understand. I had a facial today with Tara. Her attention to detail is very appreciated , she thinks of everything . Heated bed, explanation of what the procedure will entail, what equipment she will be using and what to expect , she is very calm and makes you feel at ease and very comfortable. The environment is inviting and always warm with soothing music. The actual process has improved my rosacea on my cheeks 100% I wish we had taken before and after photos to add. I had not had a facial previous to today and I was pleasantly surprised at what a transformation it had made . While the mask was doing its thing (one of the many products used) Tara gave me a gentle neck, arm, hand and shoulder massage which was very relaxing and helped pass the time while the mask did its work. A lovely touch that made the experience even better. She certainly thinks about and cares about her clients. I cannot recommend her enough , I have had several full body massages also as well as visited her regularly for sound baths and even a chakra cleansing session. This lady is very special and definitely affordable. Combining different experiences together to create unique sessions. She is also very knowledgeable and qualified in so many different beauty techniques and spiritual techniques. I am so pleased I found her.

Her full body massage is wonderful and relaxing , brilliant relaxing environment and I feel like I float out of there afterwards..Always look forward to going back, nothing is too much trouble for her..Highly recommend
