I had a young gentleman who did my nails, didnt catch his name. He was very good and took his time and did a fantastic job with my nails .. Thank you

5 /5 Pamela Yorke: I love Luxury Nails! It’s hard to find a shop that knows exactly what you are looking for longevity and creativity. My nails are ALWAYS on point. I do not have any complaints. The shop is very clean and tidy the atmosphere is lovely and the staff are just so friendly. An additional plus is their loyalty scheme, what more could you ask for! My nails ALWAYS last so long. I would never go anywhere else to do my nails. I highly recommended Luxury Nails 100, I tell all my friends and family!

5 /5 Mizz Nadz: Ive tried other places but not many can compare. The shop is big, modern, clean and located near free parking. The staff are professional, polite, kind, and talented. I always feel welcome and comfortable, and in 5years of service theres no design they cant do! I followed Lucy from her old shop to this new one, which is further from me, and its always worth the journey! They also offer you drinks and snacks and even have a reward card! 11/10 Recommended!

2 /5 Angel: I’ve been a loyal customer for a long time and always come in for BIAB. Recently, I started questioning whether I was actually receiving BIAB because my nails just didn’t look or feel like they normally should. I asked about it twice, as I noticed they were only applying colour with no proper BIAB base layer (the thicker building gel normally applied before colour). Both times I was told, “It’s BIAB colour, you don’t need the base.” That didn’t sit right with me, but I trusted them because they’re the professionals. However, my nails started peeling off shortly after, and when I went back to get them fixed, they suddenly used the pink BIAB layer before the colour. When I pointed out that this wasn’t done on my other nails, I was again told, “You have BIAB colour.” It felt like I was just being dismissed instead of listened to. To be sure, I went to a completely different nail salon and asked for a BIAB infill. They immediately said I did not have BIAB on my nails except for one nail. That confirmed everything I had suspected. I’ve been paying £37 for BIAB when in reality, I was just getting regular gel. At this point it feels like I was being overcharged and fobbed off, and that’s really disappointing after being such a loyal customer. I won’t be returning.
