The whole experience was relaxing and my skin is glowing! I can’t thank her enough for her incredible work. Ayoolu x I visited Townhouse today with my mum and sister to celebrate my mum’s birthday, and we had such a lovely, relaxing time! I booked online this morning, and everything from start to finish was smooth and easy. The staff were warm and welcoming from the moment we arrived, and our pedicures were perfect, we all felt pampered and well taken care of. The only small suggestion I’d make is to have a physical swatch of all nail shades available in the salon, as it would be easier to choose colours in person rather than relying on the online colour library - it’s not clear what the shades actually look like. Kelly The body waxed was very gentle and attention to details. She got it done within 10-15 mins. The nail technician was very good. She payed attention to detail, was very friendly made sure I was happy every step of process. Everyone in the store I met today was very friendly and offer me extra pillows and a drink of my liking. The store atmosphere was very peaceful and relaxing.

Carmen Sanchez Poor service, wanted a French tip they had no colours and didn’t give me the colour I asked for. They cut my natural nail down soooo short, literally half of the nail, despite saying I didn’t want it cut, looks really bad now and the rude staff topped the whole experience off

Saffron Hocking I have been coming to these wonderful ladies for almost a year now. Each and every one of them are complete professionals and always do an amazing job for my mum and I. They always so friendly and accommodating and know exactly what I like. I can never go anywhere else to get my Shellac! My pedicure shellac is done to perfection and my when they do shellac for my hands it lasts for such a long time. Best nail salon in London!
