Even on days when it takes long for me to decide what design or colour I’m getting, they’re patient and help me make a decision. 10/10 service every time - would highly recommend.

Grace Brown I can’t recommend Emma at The Retreat highly enough. For the past few weeks—if not months—I’ve been struggling with awful pregnancy-related sciatica. It got to the point where even getting out of bed or up from a relaxed position felt impossible. This afternoon I had a session with Emma, and I’m honestly amazed. She worked so skilfully on the targeted area, and I felt immediate relief. This evening, for the first time in what feels like forever, I was able to put my daughter to bed after feeding her—completely pain-free. Emma is not only incredibly knowledgeable but also so kind and reassuring. I’m beyond grateful and will absolutely be returning!
