1 /5 Hila Add: I am so disappointed. I booked in for a lash lift and brow shape. When my lashes were nearly done I was told that I’m not actually booked in for a brow shape and that there wouldn’t be time to do them even though we had discussed doing them at the start of the appointment. I have an event tomorrow and booked in especially. I brought up my booking confirmation sent by them which clearly stated lash lift and brow shape and was still told there’s nothing they could do and they weren’t going to do it. I was not offered any solution and was still charged full price. Very disappointing and quite frankly hurtful.

5 /5 annette sparshott: Gemma is a very hardworking incredible beautician who is absolutely passionate about her trade , I’ve had various treatments & had a millionaire facial today , which was so relaxing, wished I could do them everyday! Would highly recommend this place, so many varieties of treatments & very reasonably priced , you can’t go wrong! Looking forward to my next visit very soon.
