Chloe Walton I couldn’t recommend Lay more highly! It was my first time visiting, but I was made to feel completely comfortable right away. The massage was incredible—easily the best I’ve ever had. Lay really took the time to focus on the areas I mentioned and worked on them thoroughly. I left feeling super relaxed, and on top of that, I got some great advice and recommendations for other treatments that could help me. It was a hot day, and the experience ended perfectly with a refreshing cold drink and all the time I needed to get ready—no sense of being rushed out the door. Lay was professional, warm, and incredibly attentive. I’ll definitely be back!

Linda Martin Sunee is such a lovely person and such a prifesdionsl practicioner. Eyebrow threading and tinting and eyelash extensions to a very high standard! Have not yet tried her legendary massage treatmebts but plan to give myself a treat before Christmas. I would recommend Sunee very highly.

Lana Had a really wonderful deep tissue massage here with the masseuse Ayaka (hope I spelled her name correctly!). I like a really firm massage to knead out my knots, and Ayaka listened well and adjusted pressure perfectly. She definitely came across as experienced in her technique. The whole experience was super pleasant and relaxing. Not sure what some of the negative comments are about but this is one of the best massage experiences I’ve had in London for sure. Would love to come back.
