1 /5 Gioana Lamaj: This was hands down the WORST salon experience I’ve ever had. From the second I sat down, it was a disaster. The first lady who washed my hair did such a terrible job that I had to ask her to do it properly. Instead of fixing it, she smugly asked, “You don’t like massage?” No—I just want my hair cleaned properly, which clearly seemed too much to ask.
Then another lady stepped in, and things got even worse. She was unbelievably rude, yanking my hair around and acting like I was the problem for daring to expect basic service. The so-called “wash” was still sloppy, and the blow dry? Honestly, it looked like she had picked up a hairdryer for the very first time that day.
As a hairdresser myself, I know what professional service should look like, and this was the total opposite. I came in for a peaceful Sunday to treat myself and instead left furious, with hair that looked like it had been butchered by amateurs. The staff showed zero care, zero respect, and zero skill.
Instead of listening to a paying customer and trying to fix things, they chose to be rude, defensive, and unprofessional. This place is an absolute joke, and I wouldn’t recommend it to my worst enemy.
