Dawn Perrin I have been coming here for a couple years now and have always had an amazing experience! Lily does my hair extensions and absolutely nails it - they look so natural and feel amazing, the colour match is 10/10. She was professional, friendly, and really took the time to make sure everything was perfect. For my nails, I see Lana, and she was just as fantastic. Her attention to detail is unmatched, and my nails have never looked better. Everyone in the salon is always so lovely, both Lana and Lily are so talented and make me feel completely pampered. Highly recommend! :)

F R Honestly I won’t go anywhere else now! I’ve had my eyebrows done at numerous places prior to finding Lauren, and I’ve always been so unhappy when leaving, including being burnt by hot wax, etc - not ideal! Lauren doesn’t use hot wax and uses strip wax (assuming that’s what it’s called..), which is a million times better and more accurate! The attention to detail is second to none! I’ve never had someone take so much care in what they do! Lauren is absolutely hilarious, but extremely professional - what a great combination!! I also love that what Lauren uses to tint my brows lasts so much better than your average tint! Thank you so much, Lauren!!

Kelly Alves I’ve been going to Bows Beauty for years and a review is long overdue! The whole team are absolutely fantastic, but my main dealings are with Hayley and Carly. They put me at ease every time and I’m always happy with the results. I’m never the easiest of customers with my bookings (last minute changes etc), but they will always do their best to accommodate me. I’d highly recommend this little gem of a business.

Everybody is kind and helpful. I had some misunderstanding with my appointment which they handled with kindness and professionalism. I will be going back 6 weeks time and I am also considering having other treatments done at Charmelle too. Thank you
