Erentina Barjoti Been several times at this location. Just want to mention the great customer service and help MUNISHE presented to me. She is just amazing, polite, sweet, all the time with a smule on her face great behaviour and she even helped me out with the Boots card when most of her colleagues just ignored me because too lazy to help a customer with the activation of a card. I have no idea what Munishe’ s position work is but She deserves to be on top of the customer service. Im not even a fussy person just a customer who likes to receive a right behaviour and a helpful one.

Matilda Howard-Tripp I don’t usually do reviews but the service was so good I just had to! This is the second time I have visited shape and polish and I have been thrilled both times. I saw Mayan the first time and she did a fantastic job and saw Janet today who did some brilliant nail art. She was so patient and helped me pick what colours worked best. Thank you ladies my nails look great. 10/10 I would highly recommend.
