1 /5 Marie Gould: If I could leave minus ⭐️it would of been minus 10 today me and my 4 year old daughter have been coming here for months was very polite yet my 16 year old refused to go back because of a certain staff member always hurting her today I was cut once bleeding got a sorry and tried brushing it off then cut me again twice on my right thumb that she couldn’t finish it was so sore! I left paying £45 I went shopping went to a different nail shop showed them they said go back get them to cut that nail and they wouldn’t of charged me!! I went back she wasn’t happy I skied for my money bk and cut my nail down no sorry just it was an accident if u want ur money bk I have to take off all Ur nails hell no are u putting every in her in nail remover when every finger is sore to hard with the file gave me £20 bk won’t ever go bk am do I agree with price change when they feel like I tv

1 /5 Emma Black: Appalling experience- I had acrylics done here and they started coming off after one week. When I went back asking them to resolve this issue I was spoken to very rudely, gaslit, and kicked out of the shop. My nails came off after 2 weeks- don’t waste your money here.

The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, always greeting us with smiles and handling even our most difficult requests with ease. They also offer eyelash extensions, which is a great bonus. In Sunbury, I truly believe this is the best nail salon around. I cant imagine going anywhere else! Trust me, this is the place where skill and expertise shine, and you won’t regret choosing them to take care of you.

Attention to detail along with warm friendly service. I also love that they always ask if I want a tea or coffee when Im getting a pedicure. I have great looking toes once again. Thank you x
